Augustus Poss is a Boulder-area student-operator and the Co-Founder and CEO of Dividend Collective. Known for his rigorous approach to data and logic, Augustus bridges the gap between macroeconomic trends and micro-level equity performance. He is a primary contributor to the firm's fundamental analysis, specializing in the "math behind the thesis" by stripping away market sentiment to focus on cash flow, debt structures, and intrinsic value.

At Dividend Collective, Augustus manages the quantitative screening processes that filter the firm's model portfolio. His background in Big Questions Debate and Extemporaneous Speaking informs his research style: he approaches every investment as a proposition to be rigorously tested, argued, and defended through empirical evidence rather than speculative hype.
